The all-in figure covers the non-refundable government contribution (the investment itself), due-diligence/background-check fees (amounts for dependants confirmed by your designated agent); processing, certificate and biometric fees are set by regulation. There is no property purchase and no residency requirement — the whole family is processed remotely, typically in 2–4 months.
The CIIP is not an option in 2026: the Citizenship Commission suspended new CIIP applications in March 2025, and a resumption has not been confirmed. Families apply under the DSP.
A main applicant can add a spouse, any children under 18, students in full-time education aged 18 to 25 who live with or depend on the main applicant, and parents of the main applicant or spouse who are over 50, live with the main applicant and depend on them financially.
